Hello, my name is Andrii Senko. I work with various projects in digital marketing, from the creation of paid advertising (PPC, paid ads), to general consulting of businesses regarding digital work. I help at all stages of the process, from creating a communication strategy to sales performance analysis.

In various projects, I need UI/UX designers, illustrators and designers who know how to create visual materials for brands — advertising banners, identity for social networks and other media. The main purpose of this form is to understand your level and desire to engage in UI/UX design, but other skills are also needed, so the form has a slant in the main discipline. If you specialize in other forms of design, feel free to write comments in fields that are not relevant to you.

I am looking for specialists for the format of project work, because in different cases the scope, terms and specifics of the tasks are different. Somewhere you need to develop a site from scratch, and somewhere you need a specialist in the regular creation of banners for advertising or SMM with employment of a couple of hours a week.

This survey is designed as the first stage of getting to know each other, to save as much time as possible and to understand how we can work together.

Some fields are mandatory, mainly contact data. If you do not want to answer, please do not leave the field empty, but indicate something like "I do not want to answer". An important tool for me is Figma. A good way to work not only with web design, but also sharing illustrations, creating banners and much more.

How would you rate your skills in Figma? How often do you use the tool?

What other tools are your work environment? What tasks do you solve with them?

How do you use variables, components, variants and other automation and systematization features of Figma?

How do you work with design systems? Do you use any techniques or frameworks? Building your own systems?

In any professional activity, there are projects that you can be proud of, and about which you should forget. Tell about both the first and the second.

I'll go first. I once failed a large website design project with a very demanding client who couldn't fully formulate his requirements for the site and constantly wanted us to change the style until he started to like it.
